The undersigned owner or owner's representative hereby:
• declares that all aforementioned data are true and accurate.
• unreservedly agrees, accepts above privacy policy
• declares that the yacht is covered by the insurance policy mentioned above and undertakes the obligation to keep her covered by a policyagainst all risks for the whole time of her mooring/berthing in the company, as well as to produce a copy of said policy as soon as the presentapplication is accepted by the Marina.
